On May 24 last was published a document known as The Declaration of Rio Chico, where a group close to the spokespeople of national government organizations, among which include the Bolivarian Front of Teachers, the SINAFUM, guests of Ministry of Education and Higher Education proposes a number of considerations that will be included in the discussion of the Education Act which is discussed in the National Assembly.
